I’ve had this pc for almost a year now and it runs fine the only problem I’ve had with it is that I randomly was not able to use bluetooth anymore (still don’t know how to fix it) and it runs games fine, I don’t really know what to look for in PC’s but just recently I had to make sure all my games where running the right graphics card so make sure its doing the same for you. All the parts in the computer work as expected and games like Fortnite, Minecraft (with shaders!!), Apex Legends, Lethal Company, Roblox, Titanfall 2, and some other smaller steam games run smoothly with no issue or some small graphical adjustments. If you are someone whos looking to buy their first PC, THIS IS THE ONE. It comes with Windows 10 pre-installed and activated so there’s no hassle getting set up, and with 32 GB of ram its more than enough to power through running multiple programs when doing schoolwork or gaming with Discord and music running in the background. I was a bit skeptical of purchasing one, but I got it and using it to write this review. I opened it up and it’s exactly what I got in the inside picture of the PC, even the cable management is the same. For the parts and price, it’s great, way better than retailers. Especially with the RGB from retailers, making it look like it performs great. It has also been cleaned pretty well, not even found dust when received. Tested running CADs and DAWs and it ran smoothly, but I believe when you run huge projects, yeah there would be possible struggle performance. A notable point missing from the product description is that it comes with HDMI and a Wi-Fi antenna. I got the PC 3 weeks after purchase (on a Friday at 2 pm EST), but the wait time is acceptable since it came pre-built and ready to be plugged in, also a winter storm hit, delaying it. This is a great starter PC for those without any PC knowledge. I would definitely recommend this to others, just don’t forget to tell them about the potential wait time.

The model I ordered (i5 6500 + RX550) works great for my classwork and for the games I enjoy (Fallout 4 with some mods, the original Mass Effect Trilogy). However, I am giving only 4 stars because of the lack of communication during the wait for my PC to arrive after purchase. I made my order in July and it arrived in September. My issue is not with how long I waited as I do understand that this is a small company that has to fulfill many orders, but with the lack of communication as to the status of my order in that time. I didn’t get updates letting me know where I was in the queue/the status of my order until I sent a message to EZ thinking I was maybe forgotten or overlooked. Response was quick to be fair, but basically just left me in limbo until the email confirming it had been shipped showed up in my inbox. I don’t believe my order should have been prioritized over others. I just would liked to have been kept in the loop.

it took a while to get here but overall the PC is good. my only complaint is I pretty much had to buy a Windows 10 Drive and reinstall Windows 10 on the PC because when I got it, the PC forced me to log into a University Domain. (which for obvious reasons I couldn’t) so while struggling with that for a while, I threw in the towel and bought a Windows 10 Drive and had to install it myself. which I didn’t wanna do (hence why I ordered from EZ Computers. At first I thought that this was a scam, probably like most people. It overall works great. I just have a few complaints. 1. Ships very slowly. After I placed my order, it took 3 weeks just to ship ot and then another 4 days to arrive. 2. Didn’t cone with any Bluetooth. I had to buy a 10$ bt chip to put in. I just feel like it should cone with it pre-installed. 3. Headphone jack doesn’t work. I’ve tried every set of headphones/earbuds in my house, but nothing works. That’s fine now because I got some 2.4ghz headphones. 4. Wifi didn’t work at first. When I first got my pc, the wifi wouldn’t stay connected for more than an hour. Thankfully, EZ sent me a YouTube video that completely fixes the problem. I understand that I got a cheaper one and I knew that there would be some problems. Overall though, I love the value of the pc, and I would definitely recommend pick one up especially if you’re on a budget.
