Some outlet PCs ship in 1 to 2 business days, others may be listed as 2 to 4 weeks. You’ll see ship times on each product page. Custom PCs are typically out within 5 to 10 business days after you approve your spec sheet.
One full year from delivery. Any hardware defect and we repair, replace, or refund. Direct line to the builder, not a ticket queue.
Builds are three flagship tiers assembled to order from new, name-brand parts and ship in 2 to 4 weeks with a one-year warranty. Outlet PCs are pre-built, professionally refurbished business-grade machines at lower prices with the same one-year warranty. Ship times are listed on each product page.
