How are Builds different from the outlet?

Builds use modern, current-generation parts in a modern case, picked for the most performance at each price. The outlet is office desktops and proven, older parts that are still very capable for gaming, for the lowest price.

How long does a build take?

Each build is assembled and tested by hand for the person who ordered it. The ship time is shown on each build's page, and you get your tracking number by email the moment it ships.

What does the warranty cover?

Every PC includes a 1-year limited warranty on parts and labor. If anything comes up, contact us first: we'll sort it out under your coverage. Repairs by a third-party shop void the warranty.

Can I return it?

If your PC arrives with a defect (it won't power on, overheats, crashes or freezes), you have 14 days from delivery to request a return. We don't take returns for a change of mind, so if you're not sure which build fits the games you play, ask us before you order.
