Frequently Asked Questions

How long does it take to receive my PC?+

Orders typically take 2–4 weeks to complete since each system is built to order. We handle sourcing, cleaning, building, testing, and packaging before shipment.

What’s included with my PC?+

Every EZ Computer arrives fully built, tested, and ready to use. Your package includes required power cables, preinstalled Windows, and a quick start guide.

Can I cancel or return my order?+

You may cancel within 72 hours for a full refund (minus processor fees). After 72 hours, a $15.00 fee applies. Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery, per our policy.

Where do you ship?+

We currently ship within North America — US, Canada, Mexico, and all US territories. Shipping times and costs appear at checkout. Expansion to Europe is planned.

Do your PCs come with a warranty?+

Every build ships with a 30-day warranty. The 1-year limited warranty is an optional paid add-on at checkout. It covers parts and labor but excludes user damage, software issues, and modifications (e.g., part swaps, over/undervolting, BIOS updates).

What if my PC arrives damaged or not working?+

Contact us immediately with photos of the packaging and system. We’ll quickly review and arrange repair, replacement, or refund per our policy.
