Frequently Asked Questions

You may cancel within 72 hours of purchase for a full refund, minus any transaction fees charged by the payment processor. After 72 hours, a $15.00 USD fee applies to domestic orders ($25.00 USD for international), in addition to transaction fees.

If you’re canceling because your order was delayed, the cancellation fee is waived.

Returns are only accepted if your computer arrives with a hardware defect — such as failure to power on, overheating, crashing, or freezing during normal use. You have 14 days from delivery to request a return for a defective unit. After 14 days, we can only offer a repair, not a refund or replacement.

We do not accept returns based on the computer not meeting your expectations — it’s the buyer’s responsibility to confirm the system is suitable for their intended use before purchasing. International orders are final sale unless the unit arrives non-functional.

We currently ship to the United States, U.S. territories, Canada, and Mexico. Shipping fees and delivery estimates are calculated at checkout.

International customers are responsible for all customs duties, VAT, and import taxes charged by their local authorities — these are not collected or prepaid by EZ Computers.

Every build ships with a 30-day warranty. A 1-year limited warranty on parts and labor is available as an optional paid add-on at checkout.

The warranty does not cover user error, software issues, customer modifications (replacing components, overclocking, undervolting, BIOS updates, software installs), third-party repairs, peripherals, or data loss. Taking your PC to a third-party repair shop will void your warranty — contact us first and we’ll work with you under your existing coverage.

Contact us right away with photos of the packaging and system. As long as you reach out within 14 days of delivery, we’ll arrange a return for repair, replacement, or refund per our return policy. After 14 days, we can offer a repair.
