You can cancel your order at any time. Cancellations requested within 72 hours of purchase are subject to a 5% cancellation fee, which covers the payment processing fees charged by Authorize.net — these fees are not returned to us when a payment is refunded.

Cancellations requested after the 72-hour window are subject to a 10% cancellation fee. Every PC we sell is built to order, which means the parts that go into your computer have already been purchased for your specific build by that point.

We ask that everyone please be sure about their purchase before ordering. As a small business, we never receive the full amount you pay — the payment processor keeps a portion of every transaction. For example, if a customer buys a $299 PC and asks to cancel the next day, refunding the full amount would cost us roughly $15 in fees that Authorize.net keeps.

Returns are only accepted if your computer arrives with a defect or hardware issue. Eligible reasons for return include the computer not powering on, overheating during normal use, crashing or freezing, or other hardware faults present upon arrival.

You have 14 days from delivery to request a return for a defective unit. If you contact us after the 14-day window has passed, we can only offer a repair — not a refund or replacement.

We do not accept returns based on the computer not meeting your expectations. It is the customer’s responsibility to make sure the computer they purchase is capable of doing what they expect it to do. For example, a $299 budget PC is not going to play Fortnite at 4K or run large AI models locally — that’s on the buyer to research before purchasing. If you’re unsure whether a specific build will meet your needs, please reach out before ordering and we’ll happily help you pick the right system.

Any modifications not instructed by an EZ Computers support agent (such as opening the case, replacing parts, or performing self-repairs) will void your return eligibility, even within the 14-day window.

If your return is approved, the item must be shipped within 7 days of receiving your return label.

Every build sold by Eitan Zev Computers LLC includes a 1-year limited warranty on parts and labor at no additional cost.

The warranty does not cover any hardware or software additions/modifications done by the customer.

Except as provided below, Eitan Zev Computers LLC is not liable for any loss, cost, inconvenience, or damage that may result from use or inability to use the product. The warranty and remedies set forth below are exclusive and in lieu of all others, oral or written, expressed or implied. No reseller, agent, or employee is authorized to make any modification, extension, or addition to this warranty.

Returns based on the computer not meeting customer expectations are not accepted — it is the customer’s responsibility to confirm the system is suitable for their intended use prior to purchase.

Defective orders may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Requests made after the 14-day window will be addressed through repair only.
