Good to know

What does refurbished mean here?

Outlet PCs are built from a mix of office desktops and older parts that people wrote off when newer hardware came out, but that are still extremely capable for gaming. Every one gets a dedicated graphics card and Windows 11, and is stress-tested on our bench before it ships. Cosmetic wear may be present, and it doesn't affect performance.

Why does it take a couple of weeks to ship?

Every PC is put together and tested for the person who ordered it, not pulled off a shelf. The ship time is shown on each PC's page, and you get your tracking number by email the moment it ships.

What does the warranty cover?

Every PC includes a 1-year limited warranty on parts and labor. If anything comes up, contact us first: we'll sort it out under your coverage. Repairs by a third-party shop void the warranty.

Can I return it?

If your PC arrives with a defect (it won't power on, overheats, crashes or freezes), you have 14 days from delivery to request a return. We don't take returns for a change of mind, so if you're not sure a PC fits the games you play, ask us before you order and we'll help you pick.

How does shipping work?

Shipping is free to the lower 48 states. Alaska and Hawaii are available at checkout. Every PC ships insured with tracking.
