Rules & Terms
Every build list is created using verified compatible parts. Making changes without our approval may void compatibility, since we cannot guarantee performance or stability with untested combinations.
If your request includes custom water-cooling, crypto mining rigs, AI workstations, or other advanced setups, we may decline. These require specialized research beyond what this service covers.
If you choose EZ Computers to build your PC, your consultation fee is refunded. If your request is too complex, we will refund you minus the payment processor fee.
Once your consultation begins, cancellations are not allowed. Please review your information before submitting payment.
Most build lists are completed within 48 hours. Requests requiring additional research may take longer — we will notify you if needed.
