4. Optional: Send your PC in to be upgraded.
If you’d like us to handle everything, securely package your PC and ship it in. We’ll install the new parts, test it thoroughly, clean it, and send it back.
5. Pay only for labor + any parts you choose to buy.
No hidden fees — everything is approved by you before we begin.
Rules
The $14.99 fee covers your personalized upgrade plan only. This includes compatibility checks, research, and a complete parts list tailored to your goals.
You are responsible for the cost of shipping your PC to us. Return shipping is included in your final labor invoice.
If your request is essentially a full rebuild or extremely complex, we may decline. For full custom builds, please use our
Custom PC form.
If you choose to send your PC in for installation, you must package it securely. Any damage caused by poor packaging is your responsibility.
Once we begin researching your upgrade plan, the $14.99 fee is non-refundable.
Most upgrade plans are completed within 48 hours. Part pricing and availability changes daily — if something is unavailable, we will find an alternative.
