All trade-ins are exchanged for store credit only. Credit can be used toward any PC, laptop, or upgrade service at EZ Computers.

You must pay the shipping cost to send your items to EZ Computers. Return shipping does not apply unless you decline the offer.

Your trade-in value is based on condition, functionality, age, and current market value. We will send your final offer by email.

You are responsible for securely packaging your PC, laptop, or parts. Damage caused by poor packaging may reduce or void trade-in value.

If you decline the appraisal, you must cover the cost for return shipping. Otherwise, EZ Computers will recycle the item for free.

Market prices change daily, so trade-in values are time-sensitive. We recommend accepting your offer quickly before prices adjust.

You can trade in PCs, laptops, GPUs, CPUs, RAM, SSDs, and other functional parts. Older or damaged items may still qualify.

Non-functional items may still have value, depending on the part. We will evaluate it and send you a fair offer.

Store credit is issued as soon as testing is complete and you accept the final trade-in value.

After you submit the form and send photos, we email you an estimated value. The final value is confirmed once we receive and test the item.

No, you can decline. If declined, return shipping must be paid by you.
