Reason for the 4 rating is I would like to see a “real” email response with 24 hrs of order submittal, rather than an auto response. When an individual is spending that kind of money online, it would be helpful to know the order was received by the entity rather than an auto message after you submit.

I was hesitant at first but I’m glad I made the purchase. It’s the perfect computer for work, school, gaming, etc. The only problems I have had with it was when something fell out blocking the back fan from blowing the hot air out, the computer told me there was a fan issue. I contacted customer support and spoke with EZ himself. The troubleshooting process was simple itself the computer literally opens up like a book. They don’t call it EZ computers for nothing. I love this computer so I thought I would give it an honest and full review. First of all, IGNORE THE SNOBBY COMPUTER NERDS ALL OVER THE INTERNET WORRIED ABOUT SPECS OR AIRFLOW!!!!! This product is NOT A SCAM and works very very well. I bought this model as my first ever PC after doing extensive research for honestly a couple years and I think I’ve made the best choice I could. All the parts in the computer work as expected and games like Fortnite, Minecraft (with shaders!!), Apex Legends, Lethal Company, Roblox, Titanfall 2, and some other smaller steam games run smoothly with no issue or some small graphical adjustments. If you are someone whos looking to buy their first PC, THIS IS THE ONE. It comes with Windows 10 pre-installed and activated so there’s no hassle getting set up, and with 32 GB of ram its more than enough to power through running multiple programs when doing schoolwork or gaming with Discord and music running in the background. For all this machine does, its a fantastic price and a good introduction into the world of computers while helping out the environment. I don’t regret my purchase one bit. Don’t sleep. I’ve had this pc for almost a year now and it runs fine the only problem I’ve had with it is that I randomly was not able to use bluetooth anymore (still don’t know how to fix it) and it runs games fine, I don’t really know what to look for in PC’s but just recently I had to make sure all my games where running the right graphics card so make sure its doing the same for you. Overall its a great buy
