Much better than I thought it would be. Can run plenty of games at 60 fps and depending on the game and settings high or medium graphics. Definitely worth the price!

The model I ordered (i5 6500 + RX550) works great for my classwork and for the games I enjoy (Fallout 4 with some mods, the original Mass Effect Trilogy). However, I am giving only 4 stars because of the lack of communication during the wait for my PC to arrive after purchase. I made my order in July and it arrived in September. My issue is not with how long I waited as I do understand that this is a small company that has to fulfill many orders, but with the lack of communication as to the status of my order in that time. I didn’t get updates letting me know where I was in the queue/the status of my order until I sent a message to EZ thinking I was maybe forgotten or overlooked. Response was quick to be fair, but basically just left me in limbo until the email confirming it had been shipped showed up in my inbox. I don’t believe my order should have been prioritized over others. I just would liked to have been kept in the loop.

I am currently troubleshooting with STEAM/Ubisoft because I can’t launch any STEAM games. Not sure that it’s related necessarily but we haven’t solved it yet so we don’t know. The computer is otherwise great.

This computer blew my expectations out of the water! i initially thought the computer could only run and handle low quality games with minimal frame rates and graphics but as far as i’ve seen the computer runs excellent!! i’ve been able to play high quality games with some pretty decent resolution and graphics while having a decent frame rate!! absolutely would recommend EZ Computers and i would buy a computer from you guys again!!
