What if I want to cancel a purchase?

You have up to 72 hours to cancel your purchase. Refunds for cancellations within this window will be issued for the full purchase amount, minus any transaction fees charged by the payment processor.

If you request a cancellation after the 72-hour window has passed, a $15.00 USD fee will also be deducted from your refund on top of the transaction fees charged by the payment processor.

Please note: If you are canceling due to your order being delayed, the $15.00 fee will be waived.

What if I want to return a purchase?

You have 30 days from delivery to return your purchase. If your PC arrives in non-working condition, you’ll receive a full refund.

For all other returns, a refund will be issued minus original shipping and transaction fees. Any modifications not instructed by an EZ Computers support agent (such as opening the case, replacing parts, or performing self-repairs) will void your return eligibility, even within the 30-day window.

For international orders, all sales are final. Returns are only accepted if the computer arrives non-functional.

If your system has a verified hardware issue, we’ll either ship replacement parts at no cost or arrange a return for full repair and send it back once complete. Refunds are not offered for international orders except in cases of confirmed defects.

If your return is approved, the item must be shipped within 7 days of receiving your return label.

How does the warranty work?

The standard warranty for PC builds sold from Eitan Zev Computers LLC is a 1 year limited warranty on parts and labor. If you purchase the warranty and decide to refund the computer your refund will not include the price of the warranty. The warranty does not cover any hardware or software additions/modifications done by the customer. Warranty exclusions are listed below

  • Issues caused by user error

  • Software related issues (outside of the original software that was installed by EZ Computers)

  • Modifications made to the system by the customer, to include but not limited to the following:

    • Replacing Components

    • Overclocking

    • Undervolting

    • BIOS Updating

    • Software Installation

  • Peripherals or external accessories

  • Data loss or recovery

The warranty and remedies set forth below are exclusive and in lieu of all others, oral or written, expressed or implied. 2. Products and Orders

EZ Computers sells refurbished and custom-built computers. We make every effort to ensure the accuracy of all product descriptions, pricing, and availability. However, we reserve the right to correct errors, update information, or cancel orders if necessary, including after an order has been placed.

All orders are subject to availability and verification of payment and information provided during checkout.

3. Payment and Currency

We accept secure payments through third-party processors such as WooCommerce and PayPal. All payments must be made in full at checkout before an order is processed or shipped.

Our website supports multiple currencies for customer convenience. Final billing and payment are processed in USD. Currency conversions displayed on the site are estimates and may vary slightly depending on your payment provider.

4. Shipping

We currently ship to the United States, U.S. territories, Canada, and Mexico. Shipping fees and delivery estimates are calculated at checkout.

While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, EZ Computers is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or other factors beyond our control.

International customers are responsible for all customs duties, VAT, and import taxes charged by their local authorities. These are not collected or prepaid by EZ Computers.

5. Returns and Cancellations

Domestic orders may be returned within 30 days of delivery, provided the item remains unmodified and in its original condition.

International orders are final sale and cannot be returned unless the item arrives defective or non-functional. If this occurs, EZ Computers will either send replacement parts or arrange a full repair at no additional cost.

Cancellations requested within 72 hours of purchase will be refunded in full (minus transaction fees). After 72 hours, a $15 USD cancellation fee applies to domestic orders, and a $25 USD fee applies to international orders. Fees are waived for cancellations due to shipping delays.

6. Privacy

We collect your full name, email address, shipping and billing address, and payment information during checkout to process your order and provide customer support. This data is collected securely and may be shared with trusted third parties such as WooCommerce, PayPal, and Google Site Kit to help fulfill your order and monitor website performance.
