Frequently Asked Questions

Orders typically take 2–4 weeks to complete since each system is built to order. We handle sourcing, cleaning, building, testing, and packaging before shipment.
You may cancel within 72 hours for a full refund (minus processor fees). After 72 hours, a $15.00 fee applies. Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery, per our policy.
The 1-year limited warranty is an optional paid add-on at checkout. It covers parts and labor but excludes user damage, software issues, and modifications (e.g., part swaps, over/undervolting, BIOS updates).
Every EZ Computer arrives fully built, tested, and ready to use. Your package includes required power cables, preinstalled Windows, and a quick start guide.
We currently ship within North America. Shipping times and costs appear at checkout. Expansion to Europe is planned.
