3. Get your diagnosis & repair plan.

For just $9.99, we’ll tell you:

  • What the issue likely is

  • Whether any parts are failing

  • The best fix for the problem

  • Estimated repair and parts cost

  • Whether your system should be mailed in

4. Optional: Send your PC in for repair.

If you want us to fix it, securely package your PC and ship it in. We’ll repair or replace the failing parts, test everything, and send it back safely.

5. Pay only for labor + parts (if mailed in).

You approve all work before we begin — no surprise fees.

Fix My PC – Rules

The $9.99 fee covers remote diagnosis only. We help you identify what’s wrong and what parts may be failing.

If parts need replacing, we can send links to the exact parts you need — or you can ship your PC to EZ Computers for full repair.

You pay to ship your PC to EZ Computers. EZ Computers pays for return shipping back to you after the repair.

Your PC must be packaged securely. Damage caused by poor packaging is not our responsibility.

Once your PC arrives, you’ll receive a repair ticket invoice covering parts and labor. Repairs begin after the invoice is paid.

Repairs take 7–10 business days. Because parts prices change daily, we recommend paying your invoice immediately to lock in pricing.
