• PCs, laptops, and parts only. We accept full systems and individual components.

• Store credit only. Trade-ins cannot be exchanged for cash.

• Accurate information required. Be honest about the condition to avoid adjustments later.

• Final value after inspection. Quotes may change once we receive and test your item.

• Secure packaging required. Damage from poor packaging is not our responsibility.

• No liquid-damaged or counterfeit parts. These cannot be accepted.

• Customer pays return shipping if a trade-in is declined.

What can I trade in?+

You can trade in PCs, laptops, GPUs, CPUs, RAM, SSDs, and other functional parts. Older or damaged items may still qualify.

What if my item doesn’t work?+

Non-functional items may still have value, depending on the part. We will evaluate it and send you a fair offer.

How fast do I receive store credit?+

Store credit is issued as soon as testing is complete and you accept the final trade-in value.

How do I know my trade-in value?+

After you submit the form and send photos, we email you an estimated value. The final value is confirmed once we receive and test the item.

Do I have to accept the offer?+

No, you can decline. If declined, return shipping must be paid by you.

Can I trade in multiple items?+

Yes. You can submit as many parts or systems as you want in a single trade-in request.
